  • Shelf Life: 12 Months from date of manufacture

    Storage Conditions: Dry frost free conditions

    Colour: Grey

  • Suitable Substrates: New Build standard brick & block work 7.5 6 3.5 kN.

    Unsuitable Substrates: Weak substrates, Painted substrates, Insulation boards, Cement particle boards, Gypsum plaster and Thermalite type block.

    Consumption: When applied to a correctly prepared even substrate at a thickness of 8-10mm (Recommended Thickness) a 25 kg bag approximately covers 2 m2.

    Mixing: Mixed with 4-4.5 litres of clean potable water no other material should be added.

    RM base coat can be mixed by a concrete mixer or paddle mixer or alternatively it can be applied by render spray machine.

    Mix for approximately five minutes.

    Care should be taken not to over mix or over trowel.
