RENDER PRODUCTS
SikaWall renders are produced in Scotland at Sikas new state of the art factory. With a recent investment in excess of £4m, this plant has the capability of producing more than 35,000 tonnes of pre-bagged render annually, with planned expansion taking this to more than 100,000 tonnes in the coming years. With the technical knowledge and support that Sika offer, these renders are at the forefront of the UK construction industry with the range to be continually developed in the coming years.
Sika offer a comprehensive range of bagged renders for hand and spray application for most applications. Scratch renders, drydash receivers, base coats and thin coat renders, we have access to the full range of high performance renders for your project - large or small.
Sika offer the opportunity to use a silo based renders on selected sites reducing the need for any manual mixing by the contractor on site. Silos are only offered to specific sites that can meet stipulated levels of production and competence. Ask a member of our team for more information on SikaWall silos.
Factory batched base coat primarily aimed at new build blockwork. This product can be applied by hand and everything you need is included in the bag – only the addition of clean water is required. Sikawall 100 Base Coat should be keyed whilst wet before Sikawall 530 Top Coat is applied.

Sikawall Monogris E is a high polymer one coat render designed for use as a base coat on non-standard substrates like metal lath and render boards, lightweight & dense blocks, sandstone and shuttered concrete. Suitable for both internal and external application by hand or machine. Parex Maite is an extremely versatile breathable and weatherproof render with a high grab factor making the perfect product for a number of applications. Parex Maite can be applied by hand or spray machine.
With its high grab factor, it is ideal for use as a brick slip or stone panel adhesive.

Sikawall Parex render bead adhesive is a high grab adhesive that has been specifically designed for fixing render beads to a variety of substates prior to the application of a cement based render. It can be applied to damp surfaces to most substrates including concrete block, clay bricks, insulation boards, both porous and non-porous surfaces. Beads should be fixed at a minimum of 300mm centres before the render is applied in a full bed along the length of the bead.

SikaWall 571 One Coat Dash is a new render that has been designed to be applied by hand or spray machine in a single application. An extremely versatile product, it can be used as a base coat before being overcoated with the same product. Alternatively it can be applied as a single coat in 2 passes before being dashed.
SikaWall 571 One Coat Dash has the advantage of being suitable for small areas of smooth render including ingoes and reveals. Available in a range of standard colours from stock, we should have a render that will match most chip selections.

A high performance hand or machine applied scratch render that has been designed for use in all areas of the UK. Available in a range of colours, SikaWall 580 can be used as a one coat monocouche render although it is compatible with all of the SikaWall base coats and offers a user friendly render that can be easily finished to achieve a traditional scratch render finish. SikaWall 580 can also be applied as a spray roughcast finish over a prepared render coat.

Revlane Inifuge is a Pre-mixed, vapour permeable, ready to apply Acrylic/Silicone-based decorative coating for external and internal walls.
REVLANE+ finishes have enhanced fire proof properties to assist against the spread of flames. The surface of the coating hardens and does not soften again under heat.
Excellent hiding power and flexibility characteristics.
REVLANE+ finishes are water-vapour permeable. They do not create a vapour retarder.

Revlane Siloxane Pre-mixed render is a vapour permeable, ready to apply Siloxane-based thin coat render offering increased weather resistance and water run off properties. It is particularly suitable for high exposure and Zone 4, very severe weather rating applications. Revlane Siloxane has been designed for both external and internal walls.

Sikawall Crylane Paint is a breathable and weatherproof Acrylic paint that has been designed to coat Revlane thin coat renders and the Sikawall cement based renders. Crylane has been designed to complement the full range of renders and will not bubble or peel as it weathers.
Crylane is available in a range of standard colours from the Sika colour card and custom colours on request.
