A hand applied render for smooth bands. This product can be applied by hand and everything you need is included in the bag – only the addition of clean water is required.  SikaWall 531 has been designed to create small areas of smooth render reveals and ingoes.

Available in a range of standard colours from stock, we should have a render that will match most chip selections.

  • Shelf Life: 12 Months from date of manufacture

    Storage Conditions: Dry frost free conditions

    Colours: Available in White, Magnolia & Beige

  • Consumption: When applied to a correctly prepared even substrate at a thickness of 6-8 mm (Recommended Thickness) a 25 kg bag approximately covers 2 m2.

    Mixing: Mix with 4-4.5 litres of clean potable water no other material should be added.

    Mix by a concrete mixer or paddle mixer.

    Mix for approximately five minutes to allow dispersion of binders and additives.

    Care should be taken not to over mix or over trowel as this will reduce the adhesion properties of the material.

    Application: If applied as a one coat render SikaWall®-531 Smoothband must be applied over 2 passes at a total thickness of 8- 10 mm.

    If applied on to a polymer enhanced basecoat, smoothband should be applied over one pass to a total thickness of 6-8 mm.
